Recovery Bootcamp

On August 10, 2026, a devastating earthquake struck Colombia, destroying homes, businesses, and years of work in a matter of minutes. Among those affected are hundreds of women entrepreneurs whose businesses represent their primary source of income and financial independence.

Introducing, Recovery Bootcamp, an 8-week intensive recovery program designed to help women entrepreneurs rebuild after the crisis and return to the market with a viable business, a profitable offer, active customers, and renewed revenue.

Objective: Restore operations, rebuild a commercially viable offer, and generate revenue in time for the critical Christmas season.

Cost X parcipant: $1.000 USD

MDM Methodology

The program follows a practical recovery methodology developed from Manual de Moda’s experience working with thousands of entrepreneurs: assess first, simplify the business around what works, rebuild from profitability, and return to market quickly.

Business continuity is measured again three and six months after completion.

Work Plan

Weekly advancement

Weeks 1–2 | Assess & Stabilize

Participants assess what survived—inventory, equipment, customers, channels, cash, and production capacity—and determine what must be recovered first. They build an emergency budget, cash-flow plan, break-even point, and weekly revenue target.

Weeks 3–4 | Rebuild

Using our LEGO Strategy, each entrepreneur identifies the strongest pieces of her existing business: best-selling and highest-margin products, most valuable customers, strongest sales channels, and available resources. From these pieces, she builds a leaner, profitable operating model and a clear offer ready to sell.

Weeks 5–6 | Return to Market

Participants reactivate previous customers and launch their new offer through WhatsApp, email, social media, direct sales, partnerships, and pre-orders. The program then moves into an intensive sales sprint focused on conversations, orders, conversion, and revenue.

Weeks 7–8 | Stabilize & Grow

The final stage strengthens production, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, collections, and margin control. Each participant leaves with a 90-day commercial and financial plan, including her Christmas sales strategy, revenue targets, production budget, priority channels, and financing needs.

What Each Entrepreneur Leaves With

Each participant completes the program with an emergency financial plan, eight-week cash-flow forecast, break-even and revenue targets, hero product and commercial offer, customer reactivation campaign, sales toolkit, production and fulfillment plan, Christmas strategy, and 90-day growth roadmap.

Program Delivery

The methodology combines one weekly masterclass, personalized 1:1 reviews, financial and commercial clinics, simple implementation templates, peer accountability, weekly progress tracking, continuous WhatsApp support, and a dedicated committee for the most critical cases.

Measuring Impact

mpact is tracked from day one through concrete business outcomes: businesses resuming operations, offers launched, sales generated, total revenue, margin improvement, customers reactivated, orders fulfilled, jobs recovered or protected, and businesses completing the program with positive cash-flow visibility and a 90-day plan.
